My main idea

Neighbors helping neighbors. That’s what makes a good community special. Whether you’re delivering meals, collecting donations, grocery shopping for an elderly resident, or calling to check on a quarantined neighbor, every act of kindness helps. I believe that behind every successful community, there are dedicated homeowner leaders, community managers, and business partners working daily to assist residents and offer solutions.

Drink a glass of wine by the campfire on evenings together.

I love to grow fruit, vegetables and herbs together. On my side i have more than 40 apple/fruit trees that any guest can harvest for their own needs. Blackberries and blueberries are also available in uncountable numbers. In addition, a lot of chantarels grow in the forests.

I raise rainbow trout in our aquapontics system in the Dom greenhouse. I fish and hunt together with friends for our own needs. If you have not experience with it, we would be happy to introduce you to the topic. We will help you with PAL and all further needs.
